In the late 1970s and early 80s, CFTR 680 in Toronto was known in the radio industry across North America as being a trend setter for contemporary radio programming. My name is Cory Galbraith and I was a newscaster and reporter for 'TR (as it was then known) between 1978 and 1982.


Streaming audio of CFTR in 1980: To preserve this part of history, I recorded a number of broadcasts while working at the station. Let's go back now to December of 1980.
